TMAC Land Management was engaged to complete approximately 1 kilometre of rural fencing on a property at Wisemans Creek, near O’Connell and Oberon NSW.
The project involved the removal of an old redundant fence and the installation of a new rural stock fence designed to improve paddock management, livestock control and long-term property functionality. The site presented a range of challenging ground conditions, including undulating terrain, hard rocky sections and variable access across the fence line.
The objective of the works was to deliver a durable, practical and cost-effective rural fencing solution suited to the property’s terrain and ongoing agricultural use.

TMAC Land Management installed a new rural fencing system using quality Waratah fencing products, including Waratah star posts and Maxi Posts installed at regular intervals for additional strength and line support.
The fence was constructed using Waratah star posts, with Maxi Posts installed every fifth post to improve stability across the fence line and provide additional strength through undulating and difficult ground. This approach provided a strong and practical fencing solution while helping maintain line integrity across changing terrain.
The project also included driven and welded steel end assemblies, providing strong termination points designed to handle strain and improve long-term fence performance. Hard rock and uneven ground conditions required a practical installation approach, with post placement and fence alignment adjusted to suit site conditions while maintaining a strong and functional result.
The completed fence included two barb wires to improve stock control and support the overall effectiveness of the rural fencing system.
Works included:

The completed works delivered a strong and practical rural fencing solution for the property, improving livestock control, paddock management and long-term property usability.
By using quality Waratah fencing products, Maxi Posts at regular intervals and robust driven and welded end assemblies, the fence was designed to perform across difficult Central Tablelands conditions, including rocky ground, undulating terrain and exposed rural environments.
The removal of the redundant fence also improved the overall presentation and functionality of the property, leaving the client with a cleaner, stronger and more reliable fencing system.
